Wiper Arms
The wiper arms do not go all the way down onto the resting points on the bottom of the windshield, but the wipers function normally. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a quick adjustment?

I had this trouble when I replaced my wiper arms. After the first tightening of the bolts, they would not go all of way down to the normal resting point. I actually loosened the bolts and repositioned the arms. Not hard to do.
