If the flanges are good and flat, OEM manifold gaskets work great. If not flat.. I'd get them milled.

Thanks for the input on the oem mls, but I'm looking for a good aftermarket header gasket that someone has used.

Thanks.

Above is exactly what I was going to ask. Why specifically aftermarket?

my XS Power headers came with a triple layer gasket, I bought GM's because some said the XS were not good, the Gm ones were also triple layer. I used the XS Power ones and after three seasons no leaks. The GM went to the parts stock cabinet !!

Okay, cool. Thanks for the input on oem mls. Now, if at all possible, can people who use aftermarket header gaskets......and only those people.....chime in.

Remflex is a very good gasket to eliminate leaks. It is thick and crushes down to seal any warping. I will continue using them on future builds.

lol.....I did indeed see the post about the XS gaskets. Thank you very much.
I was referring to the redundant posts about the oem gaskets, and was hoping for more opinions.
