Hoosier Drags???
Does anyone know if there is a Hoosier Drag tire that will mount under a C5 with a 99 Camaro "5 star" rim... I believe the size is 16X8 ???
Im looking for the ultimate traction and was uncertain to go with a E/T Drag or Hoosier, from what im hearing Hoosiers have been working real well on the track and on the street.

Aren't they a bias ply slick? I can't imagine using them on the street.

I know that they will fit on the CCW C5 drag wheel put out by John of Complete Custom Wheel out of Daytona Beach area. Call John at CCW and he will answer your questions and he also has the Hoosier Drag Slick in stock for about 170.00 a piece. I know that the slick is a 16 inch tire with a height of 28 inches. Not positive about the size of the CCW rim but i know they accomadate my 26x16x11.5 inch rims perfectly. My educated guess is that they would work on the firebird rims that you have been using for your et streets but you'll need to double check that with an expert such as John at CCW.
