I think I shorted something , HELP !!!
Question , I was wireing a new Air/Fuel Gage on my C5 , and I think I shorted somthing with the strip wires . the dash lights , back up / tail lights and the fog lights don't work , the head light work but won't come down , every thing else in the car works fine ( thank god i can drive home ) , I tried to look at the fues boxes , but I dont know where to start . so Help me if you know what is going on.

Don't know how anyone can help much. Locate the fuses specific to the things that aren't working and verify they're blown .. then replace. Check the owners manual for fuse locations.
