Fog light dash and dic not working

Fog light dash and dic not working
Just started my car after it sat for a month. The piaa fog lights don't go on with the switch but do go on when I unlock the car. Also the dash lighs and all functions not working including the dic. The headlights, tail lights dry and blinkers all work and turn signals do work on the dash the heads up display has two dashes on it that it is not getting a signal but i can dim it and move the screen up and down with the buttons. Battery is charged switched two relays checked fuses. I thought I smelled a light burning when I turned the car on but it did go away. 2003 corvette coupe. Also checked and cleaned the grounding points as well. Hooked up a scanner no codes any ideas. I am at a loss

Ok took instrument cluster out cord was loose in back. Then one turn signal indicator stoped working took cluster out checked the bulbs they worked put some dialetric grease on the contacts and now everything works on the dash and dic. The fog lights were fixed by cleaning the fog light switch plug connection.
