I have a leak in my targa roof, right at the point where the roof rubber seal meets the windshield rubber seal—see attached pic. Red arrow shows a droplet of water, and the blue squiggle shows what I believe is the path is takes to get there. I think the water comes in through the gap between the two seals.
That must be costing a fortune. Some searching indicated that some silicone dielectric grease may help. Ima try that first before shelling out a bunch of C-notes for new weatherstrip.

You can try some dielectric grease and see if conditioning the weatherstripping will help. You may also want to try adjusting the fit of you targa top and also adjusting the window tip in to where it fits tighter against the weatherstripping. I have a number of Word files that covers these areas and if you would like a copy of them, just PM me your e-mail address.

It's a small price to pay to renew my 17 year old car. I've been dumping tons of money on the car since I bought it a few months ago, and am still nowhere near the cost of a used c6, or the down-payment on a c7 haha

I think I already have those, thanks. Do any of those adjustments fit the targa rubber more tightly into the A-pillar rubber?
