Guys,
I installed the C5 solutions column lock bypass on my 97. The steering wheels never locks anymore, but occasionally I will get the dreaded message " Pull key wait 10 seconds". If I don't pull the key, the car will stall when I try to drive it. And input on what I may have done or not done when I installed it? :(

It's possible to get that error code without anything to do with the column. It happens when the computer gets confused. I got it once when I pulled the key out and opened the door too rapidly. It just needs to reboot like your pc.

Check for codes. You can always use the,"When all else fails", tactic of disconnecting the neg terminal of the battery for a few minutes. Hey, you never know..... :smash: :rolleyes: :D

Quite normal.
If you installed the COH CLB, the instructions mention this scenario, as well as a solution (pull some fuses and wait a few seconds).

Ocmike, can you remember which fuse to Pull? I can remeber in some previous posts someone mentioning which one to pull. Thanks! :seeya
