Default Lights-Back to original

Previous owner of my 03 coupe switched out the original exterior lights, except headlights, for darkened lens LED ones. The original ones came with the car in a box. Is it difficult to reinstall the original ones back onto the car?
I prefer the original red lens vs the darked out ones. The lights/lens are the taillights, 3rd light, lic plate/reverse light assembly, rear side markers, and front side marker/turn signals. Any advice is appreciated on how to switch these back to original. Are vids available showing this? Thx.

You make a great point sir. At this time I am unsure of what I have. The car is in its winter slumber so I guess I will have to wait until spring to tear into it.

Indeed seeing the parts would give a better understanding of what you need to do.

All of the rear parts are readily accessible by removing the tail light screws on each light; if they haven't been changed out each should be M8 sheet metal truss screws secured directly into the "meat" of the rear fascia. If you want to access the rear corner markers, remove the outermost tail lights. If you want to access the high mount stop light, remove the inner most tail lights. When you take all four tails out you'll be surprised how easy it is to reach in behind the rear fascia assembly.

Once you've done that you should be able to easily determine any LED resistors if they're inline or built-in as 8VETTE7 eluded

Thanks for the suggestions guys I really appreciate your input. I did some checking and found that most of the replacement LED light assemblies are from a company named Adjure. I think they out of Taiwan. I read the install directions and it looks like they hook up directly to the exiting wires so getting the original ones back in should be a breeze.

flyboysic1 has a great utube vid on removing the front corner lenses. Once I get the LED's removed I will post them for sale here. Hopefully someone else can use them and they will be priced to sell.

I think Adjure has a good reputation for making a good product. Selling them on here should be some easy cash for you.
Something to consider is that the front DRLs (OEM factory version) are not the best design. It seem that the heat of the incandescent bulbs melt the plastic of the housing; then water gets in there and the wiring and contacts start to corrode. I switched to LED bulbs and had to use plastic welder epoxy to seal up the housings.

Thx for the heads up. I will have to check out my options when Corvette season arrives.
