Can someone point me to a howto on replacing my radiator shroud? Mine was cut for a Vortex and I have a new one to put in its place.

pretty straigh forward job...

get underneath the front and there are screws holding the bottom, on each side of the shroud about half way up.. there are retaining clips pop those out and i believe u can pick it right up and out.. its been a while.. so if i left anything out someone chime in.

There are three wires "popped" into the shroud. Two on the right (one at the very bottom - the temperature probe), and the one for the MAF. It's not rocket science, but you do have to watch for things and be a little careful.

Check out a vararam install instructions (their website). They have to remove the shroud and should have details and pics.

The part # I have for the GM Vette shroud is 10254256. I'm going to order one and replace the shroud this winter.
Good luck.
