ill keep it short and sweet. Bought the car a year ago. Drove it every weekend no problems. Work scheduled changed, weather conditions stepped in, and now drive the car 1 month. Bought a new battery, bought a Ctek. I try to start the car at least every weekend. Here lately the car struggles to start. Today we took it out, drove 1 way for about an hour. Tried to restart 2 hrs later and she struggled but she started. What else can I look at. I've disconnected the hood lamp and glove box lamps.
Another common battery drain on C5 cars is the electric seat adjuster- On my car this was the culprit for a constant dead battery----I dis connected the electric seat adjuster under the seat and the battery never went dead again
This may not be your issue but I would start there---You may have a bad alternator or a slipping drive serpentine belt causing the battery to not charge
PS do you b any chance have an aftermarket stereo or Amp ??? sometimes these components are wired wrong to be live all the time and not turned on by the ignition switch
