Evoscoot shift **** info
Can't find anything in search, so posting...
Can someone give me a little detail on the Evoscoot shift ***** for a manual trans? I'm trying to get info from the vendor but not getting a response. Here's what I'm interested in knowing:
- Can you tell me how this **** mounts to the shifter given that the factory **** uses a pin to hold it in place?
- Are there any plastic parts used in the mounting hardware for this ****?
- How deep will the **** sit on the shifter once mounted? I'm trying to assess whether or not the overall height will be lower than the factory setup.
- How is the lettering and graphic put on the ball? Painted? Engraved? Etc.? I'm wondering if it will wear off over time.

Never heard of Evoscoot. But the factory **** threads on (9/16NF), the pin is not needed for an aftermarket ****.

Thanks for all the info grantv. I decided to order from Twistedshifterz. Couldn't get anyone to respond to me from Evoscoot, so I decided to use someone more well known. I couldn't imagine trying to deal with Evoscoot if I had a problem. They wouldn't even respond when I wanted to spend money with them.

Ok, to be fair I just now got a response from Evoscoot after a week of trying. Unfortunately for them, I already ordered it from Twistedshifterz. Just wanted to set the record straight.
