Reduced engine power
My stock 03 Zo6 is popping up the codes

I've don some research but not exactly sure how to proceed it started acting up when I was driving then the dash started to read service active handling service traction control reduced engine power.
When I turn the key on something on the drivers side of the engine bay sounds like an air ratchet for a quick second then it stops. I'm not sure it it'd be safe to start it up and drive it like 1 mile back home or what? How should I proceed?

That air ratchet sound is probably air escaping into the exhaust or the intake probably because the valve spring is broken and doesn't have control of the valve.
I'd NOT drive the car, and pull the valve cover on that side to look for issues.
