Brake light is probably due to air in the lines or in the BPMV. Did the brake lines drain while the cradle and brakes were out of the car? That could cause air to get into the BPMV which means a Tech 2 Automated Bleed or trying to get the air out of the BPMV by going somewhere and slamming on the brakes to get into the ABS. The air might float out of the BPMV if you can activate the ABS and if you are lucky then you can go home and do a normal bleed to get the air the rest of the way out of the system. Once you get the system thoroughly bled and have a hard brake pedal the brake light and tc problems should go away.
Do you happen to have a check engine light along with a traction control light? If so that may be driving the TC issue. Some engine problems mean the ECM can't control torque well enough to support the traction control function so the ECM sends a signal to the EBCM telling it the ECM can't do its job and the EBCM sets a code that tells the mechanic the problem isn't here it is in the ECM.
