Tranny Issue?

Tranny Issue?
Did a highway pull went from 3rd-4th and the shifter was stuck in 4th. I pumped the clutch and forced it out of 4th( was thinking maybe linkage was stuck). Drove another ~10-15miles had no issues. Stopped and ate at a restaurant and proceeeded to drive to work. went to downshift to 3rd gear and started grinding and kicking back. doesn't grind in any other gear. only grinds sometimes going into 3rd. 48k miles on the car. car is Twin turbo and makes 585 to the wheel. Any input or advice will be appreciated!
