Trip to the Dealer
After my local mechanics couldn't figure out the noise, and had replaced all the pulleys and tensioners. I asked that it be taken to the dealer.
So the squeel turns out to be a bad Cat.. go figure. They took it off and replaced it wit a bypass and the noise dissapeared.
While they were there they hooked up the T2 and sure enough the right rear wheel travel sensor was pegged, keeping the F45 in sport.
Sometimes the dealer can help...

Glad you got the problem solved. There are some good and competent Chevy service departments out there.
