Default Clutch Replacement Questions

I have begun the task of replacing my clutch and it's brought a few surprises and a few questions. My first surprise was the actual clutch make/model when I pulled out the old one. I had always assumed it was an ACT clutch with a Fedenza Flywheel. This was based on the previuous "for sale" add I had found online for this exact car. What I found was a double disk SPEC clutch--not at all what the add had described.
Not a big deal but a surprise just the same.
Next was the amount of "additional" things that you should replace when you go to the trouble of doing the clutch, given the invasive surgery that the job is. Now I'm up to clutch, flywheel, master and slave cylinders(TOB), torque tube couplers, rear CV boot, fuel filter ......
The list just seems to keep growing.
I've found almost all the parts but have 2 questions.

1. Has anyone found the torque tube shaft spacer that goes through the coupler in the attached picture.
2. Also--when going to all the work of replacing the clutch, has anyone added a remote bleeder to the slave cylinder?

Any additional information and guidence is appreciated.

Yes do a remote bleeder.
Because the clutch has been changed before you might not have to do all the extra stuff. The last owner might have changed a lot of it. With that said with the amount of work involved in doing this if I was not positive things were changed before I would change it all.
For the TT spacer you might need to go used, see if vettenuts has any.
