I installed a Corsa sport system on my '04 and the driver side muffler has issues with how the tips are welded to the muffler, the assembly is cockeyed which makes the tips uneven. Passenger side looks perfect. Submitted a warranty claim, they never responded but they did send out another muffler, this new muffler has the same issue as the original......wtf. Sent customer service an e-mail, no response so far. This is turning into a pain in my ***. Anybody else have issue with Corsa exhaust or with dealing with Corsa?

Do you have a corsa/Borla xpipe or are you using an aftermarket xpipe or still have the stock hpipe? I tried diagnosing crooked tips on my new Borla for the longest until I unloosened the xpipe and then lined everything up and then I bolted it down. Chances are one side of your hpipe or xpipe is up too far.

Who did the installation? It's doubtful that two different mufflers have the same defect, especially from Corsa. Post a photo showing the problem.
I installed them, not the first time I have installed an exhaust system but the first on a C5. I could see the difference between the mufflers before they were installed, thought maybe I could make it work, no luck.

Has a Borla Xpipe, had the same issue with the stock H-pipe.
What I found interesting is how they never questioned my warranty claim after seeing the pictures, they did not even contact me, I received a shipping notice from UPS for the new muffler and that was it. Still no response this week so I resubmitted the warranty claim, I'll give them a week and if nothing I'll be uninstalling the whole system and sending it back to Amazon. What a waste of time....
Why haven't you posted your pics so that we can see them? Corsa mufflers have more adjustment than almost any other brand and they have a pretty good reputation here. You don't seem to be responding to helpful post while making a lot of noise about Corsa.

Well, actually I did respond to both posts. Go figure that someone is making noise because their 1200$ exhaust system has an issue.
Ok, here's the pic I sent Corsa. I never took a picture of both mufflers side by side uninstalled, but you can see the exhaust tube that exits the driver side muffler is angled down (tips not level) where as the tube exiting the passenger side is straight and level. This position is the best compromise, as close as I can get them, and the driver side muffler is hanging down at least 1" further than the passenger side muffler. I'll be awaiting your infinite wisdom on how to correct this......
There is a clamp on the rear pipe where it attaches to the muffler. Loosen the clamp and rotate the tips down to match the other side. It should be an easy fix. I've attached a picture that shows the details of the system.
The tips don't look quite even (level) side to side. For that adjustment, you'll need to loosen the bolts at the flange where it attaches to the X-pipe (on that side only). Then loosen Borla X-pipe clamps (both sides) where they attach to the headers so both connections are loose enough to be moved. Have a helper pull up on the driver side tips to level them out and then tighten the flange bolts and the X-pipe connections.
Takes some time and effort but it can be done.

Reason: Added info for leveling tips
I'm going to add that a strap wrench can be a big help when trying to twist a pipe. Put it on the X-pipe and twist in the direction needed to level the tips.

This is exactly the level of wisdom I some how expected from you.....
I am very familiar with what the system looks like and how to adjust it. I have already been through this too many times, all the adjustments in the world will not fix the fact the muffler was not manufactured correctly, period. I will post a picture of the two mufflers side by side when I uninstall it.
Why would Corsa send me another muffler if what they saw in the picture indicated it was an install issue?
