There is only one cable. It's attached to the gear selector arm on the trans in the rear and to the shifter linkage in the console. You'll have to jack the rear up high enough to crawl under the car and move the gear selector arm by hand to move the cable. The cable is delicate and will break if bent too much. The gear selector will move at the trans without much effort. You just have the get to it.
