Headlights flip up when .........
do ur headlights flip up with one turn of the switch, so the parking lights come on, or do they wait until two turns? Mine used to wait until the second turn before they flipped up, now when i turn the parking lights on, the flip up.

I think that indicates a bad actuator sensor.. Actuator needs to be replaced, or if its doing that with HID's, you need to get the resistor installed.

i think ur right, the acuator is bad. when i shut the lights off, it makes a god awful noise. the round **** keeps turning. i think the dealer ordered some parts.
