Advise on heads
I'm going to do a head, cam and intake this fall and wondering if having my 243's off a 03 z06 cnc'd or buying aftermarket like trickfow 215's would be better served. A few bucks may be able to be saved having work done to my heads but I'd prefer the best choice not saving a couple bucks. The cam most likely will be a Street Sweeper or possibly a Majic Stick4, to sure but gives you an idea of its size. Also have any of you taken the time to pull apart your intakes and work them?

I'm running stock LS6 heads and a Comp Cam in my '99FRC. I upgraded to Comp springs with titanium retainers and LS7 lifters. Texas Speed 5.7 shortblock. Dynoed at 437rwhp 440 TA with HP over 350 from 2700 up.
