This is killing me......

Dash lights don't work neither do the foglights, the button that opens the trunk and foglights will only open the trunk. Climate control an radio lights are off but they work. The middle position of the light switch does nothing I have regular and high beams. All of the fuses and relays have been replaced what the hell?

Is the dimmer switch turned down? It pops in to lock, pops out to adjust.
