Default Electrical garu?

I have 2001 z06--every about 25 starts--put key in- go to on--dash lights flicker and fuel pump kicks in--takes about 3-4 seconds-total time-turn key to start--fires right up?? NO codes--battery cables tight--grounds tight--maybe ignition switch?

Thx for the reply--no headers stock car with 10,000 miles--seems like the car acts up after driven and its hot here in vegas--always fires right up first thing in am--Also when i do put key in and go all the way right to start car--about every 30 starts or so it clicks like no juice--i take key out -put in and starts right up--

Or click like in the starter solenoid failing to engage the flywheel?

Or some other click???
I would describe like a hard bump--something not connecting--everything dead--take key out reinsert--car fires right up--not like a relay

With engine OFF and key ON the reading is pretty meaningless as there are many electrical circuits in the C5 that place a load on the battery with key ON.
I just took a reading yesterday am--12.73 volts and battery has been load tested--everything good---if you had to guess what would you say could likely be the problem?
