On saturday I was driving my 02 Vette and suddenly the turn signal lights were stuck on. Both left and right. Sometimes the interior lights will blink rapidly, like playing with the illumination. Today I took apart my interior thinking my after-market radio was involved, but it isn't. Then I noticed my front turn signal and DRL lights aren't working. I removed the bulbs in the front and everything works normal, excepting missing bulbs. I took my tester and see there's power to the front lights, but no ground. So I'm assuming I have a bad ground somewhere.
Does anyone know where the ground location is? Specifically for the DRL, since when I plug those bulbs in is when the crazyness begins. Though I'm not getting any ground for the turn signal bulbs either.

I am having identical issues. I have already replaced the flasher. Parking lights and turn signals don't work at all. With headlights on the both signals are bright constantly on dash. When you turn signals on both signals hyperflash on dash, DRL's in this car have never worked since I've owned it. Anybody have any ideas?
Well I fixed my problem. I crawled underneath the front of the Vette and removed a series of 7mm bolts that held the lower part of the front bumper. I reached in and found one of those ground wiring packs. Looks kinda like this, but without the metal bracket.
Then I took off the top part and cleaned it with my dremel polish pad. It wasn't rusty or corroded, as in the past I'd taken this apart and put dielectric grease in it, but it was dirty. Cleaned the dirt off plus gave it a shinny shine, and applied fresh grease. Squeezed the metal pins inward and placed it back. No more crazyness with the interior lights and the front DRL and turn signal lights work.
