C5 Corvette 1997-2004 HID Headlight Low Beam Conversion Kit

Modern Gen Auto finally has a solution for the poor quality OEM lighting on your 1997-2004 C5 Corvette. Our Low Beam HID kits are simple to install and improve not only the aesthetics of your Corvette, but GREATLY improves your field of view at night.

You won't believe the difference that these HID's make. Once you install our kit, you will wonder why you didn't years ago.

The light's color output is 6000k, which is very bright white with a slight blue tint, very similar to high-end, exotic HID lights.

WE ONLY USE DIGITAL SLIM BALLASTS WITH OUR KITS. Many suppliers still sell the large, bulky analog ballasts which are prone to fail in 6 months.

The kit comes with everything you need to do the installation correctly.

We recommend that you purchase the optional inline resistor kit for your headlights as well. This part is important to have if you want your buckets to open and close with the low beams on. If you choose not to purchase the resistor, you will have to turn your BRIGHTS on to allow the buckets to operate properly. Resistors simply trick the car into thinking you have stock halogen bulbs installed.

Item # 1566 - $69.99

Are these simply HID bulbs that are to be inserted into the existing housings?
