How's $700.......
for installation of rear differential, torque converter, deep pan and Transgo?
The installer is experienced and has a good reputation.

Sounds good to me as it more less the same I am paying. Here is my installers breakdown of cost
Diff install- 8.7 hours 609$
TC install- 1.7 hours 119$
Good bye to the 2.73's!!!!!!

Thanks, it's good to have it confirmed. My installer said about 10 hours for $700. Must be right.

Sounds O.K. to me, I have seen the price rise over the last three years! Especially if you do not purchase the parts from them (WCC). :yesnod:

Looks like consensus says it an ok price. I'm sure a weekend moonlighter would be cheaper, but I guess I'll go with a shop that I can trust will stand behind their work. Looks like $70/hr or so is the current rate.
