So I was looking at my rear calipers on my '00 today and noticed that the rear discs are marked LR and RR. I'm guessing for right and left rear. However, they are on the opposite sides (right on the left and left on the right). I've not noticed any problems with braking. Is there a difference? Is it worth swapping them over to the other sides?

The vents in the rotors' circumferences are tailored to each side.
If you're just driving the car normally then there's no real cause for concern and you can just leave it alone. If you did switch them around ideally you would want to have them turned as you've probably put some mileage on them with braking forces from each caliper.
