Default Magna Steer Code 1241

I have a 2000 Corvette with 37,000 miles and it is not driven in winter. I have begun to get error codes. After using the car, I check the codes and get three current codes: 0645, 1571, and 1241. I reset the codes and the 0645 and 1571 code clear but the 1241 code will not clear. I start the car and all three codes come back. I have cleaned the grounds behind the drivers side headlight, beside the battery box and stainless strap at left rear of motor.
The narrative warnings that I am seeing are "Service Traction System" and"Service Active Handling".
I have read through many of the post on this subject but I could not find one that directly relates to the codes I am getting. I know there is a proper process for troubleshooting these codes and I would appreciate some advise from the experts.

You haven't put the letters in front of the codes but I suspect they should be P0645, P1571 and C1241. The letters are necessary since there can be duplicate numbers for different sections of the car. P codes are for power train related codes and C codes are for ABS and Ride Control related codes.

DTC P0645 Air Conditioning (A/C) Clutch Relay Control Circuit
DTC P1571 Traction Control Torque Request Circuit
DTC C1241 Magnasteer Malfunction which you mentioned

I am attaching PDF formatted diagnostic procedures for each of these codes. I know two have gone away with the code reset but they can come back.

Thank you very much for the information Bill- I will be proceeding with the troubleshooting in the next few days and may be back for further assistance. I am very new to Corvette repairs.
