Mechanic replaced the horn membrane/bladder behind the air bag on the steering wheel.. Followed the forum's threads on this replacement of the horn membrane.. The membrane was replaced but still no horn.. The failure of the horn started after the various problems noted from forum members who experienced a lost horn.. Are there any other things I need to look for to get a horn back

Thanks to all that responded.. Needed a new horn bladder behind the steering wheel air bang and new horns.. Those torx bolts holding the air bag to the steering wheel are very very hard to remove.. Needed a swivel torx head tool kit for the removal.. The last failure of the bladder had blown the high/low horns so they also needed to be replaced.. OEM/GM horns were costly so bought a set of PIAA horns.. Straight forward replacement with the total amps under 6 amps for both.. Sound Good
