Name that engine noise.

V3 Ti, 10psi

45psi oil pressure cold
Noise started outta nohere when I started it one day, first was a light tick and developed into a louder knock/clanking sound after I drove it in the garage. I assumed the ticking time bomb bottom end was letting go
I checked and all my rockers were tight and torqued.
I go to start it today to jack it up and its back to a very faint tick but now the sound is like a hallow steel on steel gallop of a horse, Double high piched tinging sound and the warmer it got the louder deeper the noise would get

I'm prolly just going to tear down the top end and inspect before pulling the motor, just seeing if anyone has heard similar noises or has any ideas

Well photobuckets being an a hole and I can't get the second video up
I started looking at my rockers again, there's one that I'm able to move a couple thousands back and forth on the on the shaft by hand even tho it's torqued down, all the others wouldn't move.
I pulled that rocker off and now it doesn't make any noise while turning over. Could all this racket just be from a lifter?
