Default Myskery bolt

Well, that's how Popeye pronounced it. discovered 4 bolts on forward section of frame rails each with a tab, and nothing connected. am afraid to loosen in case they let out all the helium and the Z06 collapses to the ground. tried all kinds of searches, didnt' get a hit. thanks for any help.
Bolt in center of pic has this tab, nothing connected to it. there are 4 on frame rails, two per side.
