Default Code 1546 came back again A/C works then does not?

I really just don't understand and very frustrated. The A/c was working on my way to get gas. Turned car off. Then went to turn back on and now it does not work again code 1546 come up on the DIC. I have checked the wires unhooked re hooked seems to be ok. Can I remove the electrical switch above on the a/c line it has white wires coming thru it. Any advice appreciated. Bill any ideas? Thanks again for your help.

I just want to update for anyone else that may be experiencing with this. I believe the main culprit is the ignition switch contacts, that I may need a new one.

When I disassembled it about a week ago, it appeared the contacts were lining up on the solid contacts, but may have slightly bent. So when I wiggle the key into the ignition the a/c light stays on.

I also went and inspected the starter solinoid contacts, I had to peel away some insulation for better contacts between the eyelets. Now finally after several months the DIC is reading 13.6 volts to the lowest 13.3. But the battery terminals using my multi meter was 13.95 a big improvement from a few days ago.

Now the next project is to get rid of those 2 annoying HVAC codes that always pop up. One of the codes prevents the A/C from being cold.
