Are you tracking the car? Do you have an oil temp problem?

I'm running a Setrab 625 stand alone oil cooler, mounted in front of the radiator. Plumbed with 10AN braided line, with Race Flux heat insulation over that. (these lines run very close to your headers/manifolds). I highly recommend the Improved Racing block adapter.

Improved Racing can supply you with everything I mentioned above. The only thing you'll need to fabricate is a mounting bracket which isn't too hard.

A fan is not needed so long as the cooler is mounted in a place with good air flow.

I did a video on my installation. Perhaps it will be helpful.

I am running a very similar set up with a Derale Series 10000 stacked plate 19 row cooler (which I am led to believe are actually made for Derale by Setrab). I also use -10AN lines with a heat shield sleeve on the full length of the steel braided lines and the Improved Performance oil adapter (Part # EGM-114-F1) with a 180 degree thermostat and the M12 port to utilize the OEM oil temp sender. I placed mine behind the front license plate cover which has been modified with an open screen access. Your video helped tremendously as well during the install.

But, I didn’t get a cool T-shirt!!!
