There is a "dead" zone with C5 brakes... have to push the pedal x distance before any movement of the pads. Prob a booster dimension thing.
Then there's a kinda squishy, long pedal which is the floating calipers... I think more so rear than fronts, as I have BBK in front with stock rear and it didn't make much difference. After doing some fiddling I think the main issue is the pins... larger dia pin would help, but this is not possible since flats where pin tightens down isn't very accurate and can "****" the pin so it doesn't move freely. Maybe little hard to explain.

Vette stops well, just not a good feel until you are on them fairly hard.
