Default installing a4 corbeau seats

I just got my a4 corbeau seats.

I know there are a lot of install thread but with photobucket not allowing photos I'm going at this blind.

I was wondering is there any electrical or just unplug the electric seats and leave them on the floor? is there a wire for the seat belt?

Also should i get some lock tight? For those who did the install have you noticed that they loosen up over time?

As for the sliders does it matter which goes on which seat? I know i need to swap the seats. Im guessing the bracket that attaches to the floor is side specific. Am I wrong?

Any other tips I should know before my install tomorrow?

in one how to it says:

"There is a computer module under your stock drivers seat. I removed this from my stock seat.
I left all the connections plugged into it, and tucked it under the drivers seat carpet."

Does this mean remove the part that is used to move the seat forward and backward on the side of the seat and the module under the seat? or just unplug it and take the seat out?

I replaced my seats with "race seats" and....left both sides unplugged.

Either seat can go on either slider. However, the slider is side specific. Meaning there is a driver side slider and a passenger side slider. You cannot interchange them. For the seat to fit you must put the passenger seat on the driver side. The recline lever must be on the inside next to the tunnel, not on the door side. I tried the other way but it doesn't work.

I put a few washers in the seat belt latch mounting point which helped clear the recline lever. Maybe this shouldn't be required but in my case there wasn't enough clearance. Or I thought so anyway.

My passenger slider wasn't square, quite annoying. I had to ream one of the holes.

I didn't locktite the nuts. Seems fine after a few months.

Like the poster above, I just unplugged the module from the stock seat and left everything where it was.
