check engine light
has anyone had the check engine light go on?? I just did intake mods ( new blackwing, new Mat sensor, new Maf, new air duct and coupler. car ran fine until I gased up. after refueling the check gauge light went on. all gauges read fine and the Dic shows all pressures and temps good. could this be a glitch related to the fuel sender and if it is does it automatically reset or is there a way to reset the light. the car is a 97 C-5. thanks Jeff wcj :smash: :crazy:

Just guessing, but since it happened after re-fueling, your gas cap might not be closed all the way....open and close your gas cap again making sure that it is closed all the way...

thanks again, I deleated all of the codes and didn't bother to check them. right now all is fine. if it happens again I guess I'll check the codes. everythinbg else seems fine including pressures and temps. thanks again Jeff wcj
