I was getting door control module error codes so I got both of my door control modules rebuilt. I also got a new driver's window switch assembly (junkyard) because mine is well worn since my C% is a daily driver. The passenger window works fine like it did before. The driver's door is completely dead. I have checked the connections. I had the red and clear connectors to the DCM swapped so I fixed that. Still dead. I swapped back to the old switch and still dead. I have not checked the connections with a voltmeter yet. I ran out of time. Any ideas what is going on here or what I need to check? Thanks in advance.
Thanks. Bad fuse 33. It didn't look blown but I replaced it anyway. Windows work fine,
I was getting a major failure and the BCM was shutting down the DCM and killing the dash displays. I don't remember the exact codes but I can find them on a video I took. I found them on this forum and it said bad DCM. It only happened at about 45 F. It acted up every morning in the spring but was fine all summer. I just figured rebuilding them would not hurt.
