Default Confused on 5wire ls1 maf to ls7 maf adapter(resolved)

All I seem to find are the 3 wire ls1 to ls7 adpters like this.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/LS7-LS3-5-Wi....c100677.m4598

Then I came across this
LS2 to LS3/LS7 MAF Adapter
http://www.speartech.com/product_p/ls3mafadapter.htm

Is mine considered a ls2 style plug? Would that even work?

Someone point me to the link so I can order been searching for a bit still confused. Thanks,

look at your intake. if your iat sensor is separate from your maf you would use the “3” wire.

I have the 5 wire ls1 not the 3 its not separate thus the issue of finding one. I had a lingenfelter but it didnt work and the wires were backwards.

ls1 maf pinout

ls3/7

So I know lingenfelter sells a harness for a100mm maf that is plug and play..

The pins would be off and on the other side. I had this before and didnt work and cant find it anymore. I had asked about this a long time ago but figured I would start a new thread. If you look for 5 wire ls1 to ls7 you wont find much

search ebay for the ls3/7 maf pigtail. just cut your connector off and hardwire it. you already have the pinout diagram. just connect the wires where there supposed to go

Got a new harness and the pins are wrong on that one too. Now I just want to know how folks are using these if they are pinned wrong? I tried taking the pins out of teh other harness and fubared it even with the correct pin tools. Here is how it should be and why do they all say ls2 why not include "late ls1"

how it should be late LS1/2 to LS3/7 below..

A to D-low reference-purple
B to E-iat=tan
C to B-ground-black/white
D to C-ignition-pink
E to A-maf=yellow

here is the lpe plug according to that picture.

lpe plug to ls1/2

a to e-maf=yellow-CORRECT-(yellow)
b-ground going to D ignition=incorrect-(black)
c-ignition voltage to c ground-incorrect-(pink)
d-low reference to B iat-incorrect-(tan)
e-iat going to A low reference-incorrect(tan)

what about getting an ls7 maf pigtail and hardwiring it to your harness?... personally I would rather have it that way, looks cleaner and less points of failure... or you could do speed density

I could do that but the point now is trying to figure out how all these guys are using these harnesses with no issues. I just purchased a caspers harness that has a breakout for the iat since i have one welded to the hard pipe. So ill swap pins on that one if need be. I emailed lpe 2x about their harness and they haven't responded I called too but it was after hours.i just want to know what I'm missing because it seems wrong to me

Update:I just got this one saturday..LS2 to LS3 MAF ADAPTOR W/ IAT BREAK OUT 108205 it is the correct one. The 108136 is not..If you don't need the breakout then you need MAF ADAPTER HI-DENSITY SMALL 5 PIN TO GT p/n 108124. the only issue with that one is the iat and low reference need to be swapped BUT I don't think that matters since it's just for the iat but someone please correct me..
