Problem turning ignition key
Well third issue since I bought my 2002 coupe last month:
1) Headlight Motor Fixed
2) Active Handling Fixed
Just Happened. Car will start but very hard to turn ignition key to the right and hard to locate accessory and on position. No problem turning car off. Could this be the switch or the actual lock/tumbler?

Best guess is probably the tumblers. You might try pushing in harder when you turn the key, or pulling out slightly while turning the key. If you have a different key, you might try that as well. Should be a relatively easy fix, just will take a little time. If you do take the ignition switch out, go ahead and perform the Bill Curlee ignition switch mod or put in a new switch. Take the tumbler section to a locksmith and they'll get everything ironed out for you.

My 01 had the latter....jiggling the key around while trying to start the car worked most of the time.
Ultimate fix was getting a new key. Haven't had a problem since
( The old key was badly worn so the tumblers were not engaging well...cylinder would not turn. )
