Default Headlamp Control Module Connector Voltages??

Hi - New owner (coming up on a month) of a 2000 Coupe. Been trying to work out years of neglect. I purchased a reproduction Headlamp Control Module from Eckler's and installed it a week ago. Lights worked great, as expected for a while. Now, the lights go on, but no motion from either of the motors. I know this is a topic that has a lot of posts (I have read them all many times). I have checked both motors and they both work in both directions and replaced the gears on both sides. All fuses and grounds are good.
My question - Can anyone enlighten me as what voltages/readings I should expect to see on the pins of the C1 and C2 connectors at the Headlight control module under its various conditions? I ordered a shop manual CD from eBay (on its way), but need to rule out the HCM as the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

8VETTE7 - Thanks for that info. That helps a lot!

One of the other C1 wires must be headlight ON/OFF feed.
Is there a circuit diagram available for the C1 plug? Anyone?
I understand the "goes-out-a" plug (C2) from description above.
Thanks again - chuck

Awesome!! Huge help. Confirmed it is the Control Module. Put 12v to C2 connector and both motors run in both directions. Am getting battery voltage to C1 on both orange wires and both headlights turn on with switch. Yeah, I got the white and dark green wires at the bottom of the first page.
I really appreciate the time and trouble you went through to post them! Made all the difference! Plus, I could actually see/read them! Many that are posted are such poor quality, they are unreadable.
Made my day to get that figured out!

Glad you got it fixed before I posted the crazy fix I did. But I'm going to post it anyway

Yeah, I read that post before in my quest to determine my first HCM was toast. Very industrious! Certainly enough room down there to contain a fix like that. Yours will likely last longer and work better. Hope you made it weatherproof. I think age and water intrusion is what caused the demise of my first one.

I asked the vendor for a replacement, since it failed within the first week. They are supposed to be sending out another "reproduction" unit. If this one doesn't last, I will likely bite the bullet for a GM unit. We will see.

Thanks to all for your help and assistance!
