Will Rims from a 2014 Stingray rims fit on a 1998 corvette without much trouble???

Particularly the rears will need a wheel spacer to compensate for the difference in offset.

What size of spacer would be needed to install the rims on the C5?

Assuming the 19x10 wheel with a 79mm offset, you'll need approximately 1/2"-5/8". They'll probably fit with less of a spacer but they'll sit more inward in the wheel well, which to me looks weird.
