front/rear replace/upgrade 2000 corvette
my 2000 corvette needed shocks replaced. I could not find electronic shocks for car. Shocks are ACDelco. I installed 4 billistine shocks now I get readout that says shocks inoperative and ride control fault and will not let the car exceed 80 MPH does anyone know of a fix or is there an upgrade for these electronic shocks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. gwevans42@gmail.com

I believe that you must have the F45 option. You can get shock simulators or find some one with a tech 2 to program them out. A lot of owners have done that with great results. Do a search for removing the F45 option.

Thank you for your help. I located the simulators at a cost of $179.95 for a set of 8.

Where are you located? Lots of folks with tech 2 that can delete them out. I have a how to that you just take the sensors out in the diy and zip tie them. That's free. the radio shack cost is maybe 2 dollars and the tech 2 option is free or case of beer, then ranges 25-75 bucks
