Probably stupid clutch res. question
OK, so now that the weather has turned to the normal 45 and damp drizzle here in the PNW, i was bored and needed to spend some garage time. so, hadn't changed out the clutch fluid in a few months so checked it, and to my surprise the fluid was still very clear. Decided to swap it out anyway using Rangers method. so here is my question (i know some will disagree with the RM but that is not my question 
) . when i swapped the fluid in the reservoir and then had my son press the clutch pedal down 30 or so times, i saw absolutely NO fluid exchange. there was absolutely no movement/flow. and yes, i was looking closely at the clutch reservoir and made sure my son was pressing the clutch pedal and not the brake (should have seen the look i got when i asked him that!). So, is this normal? Now i'm having visions of my MC not working or something worse. Shifts OK except for the common problem of the clutch pedal sticking when its cold for a few miles. Seem to recall a vid i watched a while back with a guy doing this on a c5 and fluid was definitely getting pushed in and out of the reservoir. On mine there is no brake fluid movement at all. Trying to stay away from the "if it ain't broke i haven't fixed it yet" syndrome
