Upgrade!!
I'm looking to upgrade my..bone-stock..C5 Z06 CAM..to a larger..more agressive..but streetable version. Also want to do..headers..xpipe..exhaust..clutch. basic mods..for a great aggressive sound...little more power..and still good driveability..and reliability. 3-5k budget! Any suggestions. This is a 54k mile car...in perfect condition..never raced!! Adult owned!

its going to to be impossible to do all that for $3000 unless you do all the work yourself and but a lot of used parts.. even $5000 might be cutting it close installed. A good cam package is $1500-2000 with supporting valvetrain parts, headers and exhaust can run almost $2000 new, and the clutch depends on your choice.
You can can save pennies now leaving the stock ti exhaust without any real drawbacks. It will still sound great with headers and a cam and you could upgrade it down the road.
