OBDll Port no power/Courtesy Lights Not Working
According to the manual on my 2000 C5 Corvette Convertible, the courtesy lights are a micro relay, but it is also powered by a fuse! When your OBDll port stops getting power and courtesy lights/engine lights and rear trunk lights stop, check the fuses under passengers foot well. Two fuses were blown and I replaced them and everything started working. Very misleading when Courtesy lights says micro relay in manual, screwed around for over a month, finally just check continuity on every fuse and found two blown. Hope this helps others.

Chevy 406,
Your welcome, since it took me weeks to find out why my courtesy lights and OBDII had stopped working and finding out that not only does the Courtesy lights have a relay but also a fuse was a real pain. Never thought the OBDll port would be a fuse? How can you diagnosis a problem without power at it? Besides in my year it is not even labeled as OBD fuse?? Pass it on to C5 readers, or I guess we just did.
