New C5 Slave cylinder..
Hi guys,
Need some help here.
Been getting some stuff together for my C5Z06 clutch swap out.
I ordered a new GM slave cylinder and the hose that goes to the quick release is all loose and floppy.
Its the bit held in by the roll pin.
Why is this and how does it seal in this state or have I got a dud.
Please let me know..

No worries with you line spinning in the slave, this is normal.
The roll pin is what holds the line in position in the slave, see below Pics

Thanks for that and didn't think there would be something wrong with genuine GM partss from one of our favourite vendors!
Just seems strange how it seals when assembled and full of fluid.
Maybe it is pressurised and forces that rubber seal to expand....or it could be Corvette Magic at work..
