There could be a few reasons for the doors not opening.
Did you recently try to adjust the headlights?
If they are over adjusted in one direction(usually height), one or both of the doors might jam, and be unable to raise, or lower.
Where it is both(I assume) could be the door motors themselves, but doubtful both would go out at the same time.
To get them raised, open the hood and try to manually raise them.
If you can get them up, but won't stay up, check the bracket that attaches to the door motor.
Sometimes the nut that holds the bracket to the motor, gets loose.
One more thing to try is turning the **** on the top of the door motor,
It's under the rubber cap.
That is all I can think of as to why the doors don't open, and what you can try to get them open.
