The passenger side window in my 2004 C5 will not go up or down from Drivers or Passenger side. I ordered a new switch for the passenger door as well as the Door Control Module for the passenger door. The reason for the switch is I saw arcing at the connector to the switch and result of that at the base of the switch. The question is this the result of the relay failure or the switch.

It may be a stuck window. Try this method before replacing the switch. Window Wack Method.doc

I'm having issues with my window too, but with it rolling itself down randomly and me not being able to roll it back up. I've tried everything - slamming the door while holding the switch up, hitting the door where the regulator us, acc mode, not acc mode, shaking the loom, etc. No rhyme or reason why it happens and I don't know if it's the switch or the motor.
I found the thread where this method was first posted and I want to try it but I have a c6 and I don't know where this part is. Do I have to take the entire door panel off to get to it?

The 'tap" described to get the window moving again was done by just removing the plastic access tab underneath the door armrest. No removal of the door panel was done. I do not know if the C6 has a plastic tab below its armrest. Hope this helps.

I didn't see a plastic tab so I don't know where the bolt is this is what my door panel looks like. Sorry if this picture is huge, I'm on mobile and don't know how to edit the size.
Edit: the top of that flat portion is just the window switch, but there isn't any type of cover anywhere.

If your door panel look like the one pictured then you need to be in the C6 section.
