C6 TPMS in a C5
Wondering if the tpms in stock C6 wheels will register in a C5. Looking at some C6 wheels and wanted to see if they will register and are programmed the same way with the magnet.

The remote receiver is the module that "reads" the TPMS. The same module is also what picks up the signals from your key FOBs. While there were two types used in the C5 and they are interchangeable, the setup changed starting with the C6 to a SIEMENS unit with theft deterrent logics built into the module. They are not as readily swappable - if at all.
