if its lowered on stock bolts there will be less thread showing vs a regular C5 but since you don't have anything to compare to I would venture to say you are probably correct in just looking at it

More threads showing in front & less showing in the rear, I am all the way down in front & 3/4" in the rear.
You can use your wheel well heights but they will not be as accurate. I am using my wheel well measurements & the rear passenger spring bolt has more threads showing than my driver side, but the wheel well height is same side to side, in front both bolts all the way down & wheel well height is same side to side.
