Default Intermittent headlight issue

I looked this up and found some similar issues but what I am experiencing . My problem is when I get out of the car and even after a while, the headlight will open and close like it was blinking both simultaneously once or twice. It will also happen in midday going down the freeway.
Could it be the day light sensor on the dash going bad?

Yes it’s off, in all the years with it i’ve never turned in on. I really do know a lot about c5’s since I do all mechanical work to my car. I’m at 287,563 on the odometer. But haven’t experienced this one.

Something to check: on each headlight bucket, there are four "bump stops". They are plastic/rubber covers that tell the headlight how far to open or close. Check to see: 1. they are there and not missing and 2. check they are not worn down.

They can be purchased at rodneydickman.com and are not very expensive.

Where is the module? I’ll take a look
